Nexus is an independent retail project leasing, master planning and consulting outfit committed to long-term partnerships, not short-term pay-offs. We keep a low profile, but that’s because we’re busy getting things done behind the scenes at some of Australia’s best-known retail and mixed-use projects.

We founded this business as two mates who had something in common. Frustrated by the buzzwords and ‘one size fits all’ approach so common in this industry, we saw an opportunity to deliver something radical in its simplicity – bespoke, landlord-centric leasing strategies and ongoing support that deliver real outcomes for our partners. All with a level of experience, expertise, and personalised service significantly better than what landlords, developers and tenants have had to put up with in the past.

Led by Jeremy and Daniel, with a combined 40 years of industry experience and relationships, our team delivers meaningful results. We’re all in experts, willing to play the long game - hands-on at every step and investing the time and attention that your success demands.
